Payment Methods
If you are interested in purchasing anything
on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Paypal and Visa/Mastercard for
online orders.
You may also email your order to orders@inkcreationsprint.com. If you use Paypal, your order will be processed, filled and then shipped upon
receipt of payment. If you pay by personal check, your order will not be processed filled or shipped until after we receive
your check and it clears our bank (7-10 days for out of NY or NJ state checks). Whether you order throught the shopping cart or via email, you will be sent an invoice via PayPal requesting
payment for your order. If you wish to pay with personal check or money
order, please order via email and indicate that you will be mailing your payment, and whether you would like your invoice
via email or mailed to you (in which case you should include your mailing address).
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which
is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift
recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill
the customer for their order. Return Policy Because we send a sample picture, via email or
regular mail, for approval prior to item customization, there are no returns or refunds on custom orders. However, if you
have a problem with an item or a garment, we will replace it for you (within 30 days), free of charge, with the same item
and customization. You must, however, return the problem garment to us to receive this refund. There are special washing instructions
(inside out, cold water, low heat in dryer) to ensure that the print on your garment lasts. If these instructions are not
followed, you will damage the print and no replacement item will be issued without a fee being paid.
